A real estate investor and developer with more than 20 years of experience, Mohsen Grayeli founded Washington, D.C.-based ASAP LLC in 2003. As owner and president of ASAP, he secures contracts to renovate government buildings and manages quality control during the design and construction phases of multimillion-dollar structural restoration projects. Mohsen Grayeli most recently oversaw construction on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals building and previously directed renovation of the Family Court for the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Besides his work with government clients through ASAP, Mr. Grayeli possesses extensive experience in the acquisition and remodeling-for-sale of residential and commercial properties throughout the United States. Earlier in his career, he led the development of large family houses in Atherton, California, while within the last 15 years, he has directed the rehabilitation of more than 20 homes in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
Having graduated from Gannon University with a BS in electrical engineering, Mohsen Grayeli seeks to provide opportunities in higher education for others. Through contributions to the Iranian Scholarship Foundation, he helps American-based students of Iranian descent receive educational funding. He also sponsors the education of ASAP employees currently completing master’s degrees in construction management.
