The head of a Silicon Valley business backed by venture capital, Stefano Curti builds on executive experience with the Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies (J&J). From 2011 to 2013, he was based in New Jersey as the company’s global president of skincare. He led major company restructuring and brand-repositioning efforts that included sourcing new Neutrogena and Aveeno spokespeople such as Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Garner. Stefano Curti also pursued a simplification strategy that involved cutting a number of minor brands from the corporate portfolio. At the same time, he spearheaded growth in the Asian market through the purchase of Elsker Baby in China.

Mr. Curti holds an economics degree from Rome’s Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali. He began his work with Johnson & Johnson in Europe, focusing on European, Middle Eastern, and African markets, and subsequently served as managing director of the Nordics. From 2004 to 2006, he oversaw the integration of three separate J&J business units spanning Scandinavia and streamlined the supply chain for that region. Stefano Curti also oversaw the introduction of several new products, such as an anti-cold-sore patch and a new range of foot and wound care solutions.
